Successful completion of the workshop Governance without Borders that took place in the framework of the IST Africa 2010 conference, in Durban South Africa , May 19^th -21^st.

With the participation of MPs from the countries participating in the Africa 4all parliamentary initiative, the workshop gave the opportunity to an elite team of experts that have as their mandate the education and strengthening of capacity and knowledge of MPs from African countries, to redefine the way Parliaments and Citizens interact with one another in the 21st Century. In the framework of the workshop the 5 Parliamentary Assemblies involved in the Africa4all parliamentary initiative decided to join forces to address the issue of poverty eradication with regard to matternal health.
