In an effort to engage more African countries so as to promote mutual understanding of the benefits that the Africa4all project will bring we have initiated this community. Through this community, countries will have the opportunity to influence developments, provide feedback and make proposals on how to educate and to strengthen the capacity and knowledge of MPs from African countries to use ICT tools.

The benefits of participating as an observer are:
